Schönes Zimmer, (leider) mit Teppich, aber sehr sauber. Neues Badezimmer, sehr schön. Trotz Zimmer auf der Hotelrückseite/Straßenseite, sehr schöne Aussicht und ruhig. Fußläufig gut gelegen, egal wo man hin möchte, Innenstadt, Parkanlagen oder Einkaufen. Parkplätze am Hotel verfügbar, Preis hierzu fair. Kinderbett für Kinder, inkl. Handtücher und Malzeug standen direkt bei Anreise bereit. Rezeptionistin sprach deutsch, symatische und freundliche Person. Ein Hotel, welches ich empfehlen könnte.
Duschvorhang fehlte an Badewanne, Duschen war daher ohne alles voll zu spritzen schwierig bis unmöglich. Handtücher im SPA-/Poolbereich wären schön.

Det har været et meget dejligt ophold og hotellet er rigtig fint. Spa og wellness området er lækkert og havde alt vi havde brug for og vi kommer gerne igen

I booked a room for a guest, stating in the reservation that I would bear the costs. My guest upon arival was requested to pay upfront: never seen an hotel requesting such an advance payment. I went to complain with the staff, who requested to come back the following day because they were not able to handle the situation. Very very bad
