Location was amazing! Just steps away from the beach. Loved the fenced in yard for our two dogs. Plenty of sleeping space for the family. Also, plenty of parking. Yard was well-kept.
The kitchen is poorly stocked. The pans are scratched teflon-a known carcinogen. Only one large pot. Only steak knives, no knives for actual food-prep. No dessert pans other than a muffin tin. The roof leaked from the skylight in the living room. Carpets were very dirty, as were the couches. Sink was clogged (my husband fixed it), there was a broken light bulb on the string lights, a prong left in the outlet in the kitchen (husband fixed that, too), kitchen table wobbly (husband fixed), deck boards on the back porch unattached. We found dead cockroaches under the master bed, used dirty q-tips under a bunk bed.
