Couldn’t ask for a better location adjacent to the old town. Restaurants and bars in abundance steps from the apartment entrance. Large, well appointed and nicely decorated room. Very responsive host. Easy to follow check in instructions. Nespresso coffee machine.

Bed and pillows were a little too firm for our liking but we made do.

Major thing that I did not like is hidden charges. Once you have booked the hotel afterwards in further process they ask for another 250 euros to keep as deposit or pay almost 30 euros non refundable. These charges were not stated at the time of booking and afterwards you kinda stuck to pick one option. And there are charges involved in if you want to have early checkin or late check out . Another thing at the time of booking was not clear that room has just sky window as it was in artic so you have no view to the street and for some people it is claustrophobic. It should have mentioned when you are booking. 3. The shower area was quite messy water was all coming out of the shower area and making mess. And to get extra towels to dry it was back and forth chat with them, was not automatically taken care of even though they know this problem in their hotel and still I had to write everyday to get new towels so I can dry the floor. I found that very uncomfortable.
