Birthday Getaway

This place was absolutely lovely as I booked it as a birthday getaway for my partner and I. The owner was so nice and friendly and even the beautiful cats came to say hi. The Cosy Nook is definitely a go-to for next time. Definitely cosy and big enough for my partner and I. The rules were clear and the owner made necessary provisions for us. It's very close to amenities such as Kenilworth Center, Access Park and Cavendish Square.

Wonderful choice for place to stay.

The cleanliness the look of whitness. Bed was bit toooo big for my taste, but very comfortable. Lovely pillows. Everything good quality. Great crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils everything one could need. All very good. Hosts were charming and helpful. Very central. Easy access to highway. 15- 20 minutes to town. Lots of eateries, bakeries, supermarkets and of course Access Park right there. Thank you.

Very little was not perfect. I didn't like fact that hotplate and other electric equipment was not on ready to go mode. That's it

Overpriced and disappointing

I liked the location and that it was clean but that’s it.

WIFI was inaccessible. We had no signal at all. It got very cold at night due to the tiles throughout and the wall heater had zero effect. I didn’t like the fact that I was in bed drifting off to sleep when I was called outside to move my car when I was literally injured with a foot and ankle injury. This was highly inconsiderate as I had double checked where to park my vehicle earlier that afternoon. In fact, upon my arrival I repeatedly mentioned that I wanted the freedom to leave and go as I pleased. In addition, there was no mop and the water overflowed from the sink as a result of the size of the sink. We then had to request a mop and explain why we needed one. My partner was extremely happy about this considering how much we were paying. The host was too invasive and wanted to know far too much about who we were, the dynamic of our relationship, where we were coming from and what time we would be leaving every single day. We have never stayed at a hotel or any apartment where we felt that our privacy was invaded in this manner.
