Aruna Jayanti Villa

Beautiful villa, very clean, with fresh-smelling towels and bed linen. There are plenty of places to relax in the villa. It never gets too hot thanks to the air conditioning in the bedroom and the fan in the open living area. Housekeeping is available on request. The breakfast is very good with plenty of choice. The villa is just a short walk from the seafront where you can walk along the coast and enjoy beautiful sunsets. The pool is great but the sunbeds are quite hard. The staff are kind and welcoming.

The only downside was a temple ceremony behind the villa during our stay. It went on for several days and made the property very noisy from morning until late evening. According to the owner, this is a rare event. I would recommend contacting the property before your stay to check if any ceremonies are planned during your dates, just to avoid any unexpected surprises.

En 4 mois de voyage, c’est notre plus bel hôtel et de loin. Un petit paradis bien caché. Les cabanes sont ultra confortables et le restaurant est excellent. Le personnel est adorable et a pu nous conseiller tant bien sur les activités que pour les restaurants. La manager nous a d’ailleurs réservé une table dans un restaurant dont le chef est un prêtre, il n’y a aucun menu d’affiché et ce n’est que des produits frais - un régal.

I stayed for one week whilst attending a course nearby. The staff were exceptionally helpful each day - I had a very early start, but they were flexible and accommodating in preparing my breakfast at a later time that suited me, or sending me away with a lunch box for the day. Great communication and support.

Open bathroom attracted a few friends in the night... the lower deck was also a little less private than I expected. I thought I had a private kitchen in my hut, but it was a shared kitchen by the pool.
