Unsafe, unsanitary, and absolutely not worth the price — Total failure from check
Location & View
Our stay at Coastal Luxe Residences was far from the “premium” experience advertised. We dealt with a roach infestation, and the worst part? Management fumigated the room while our belongings were still inside — without our consent — with small children traveling with us. This is not only unprofessional, it's potentially dangerous. We returned to find a roach crawling on the kitchen counter, even after the fumigation and a so-called deep cleaning. I shared photos and video evidence with staff, and while they acknowledged the issue, we were given no real alternatives, no refund, and no compensation — just apologies and explanations. The refrigerator was broken when we arrived, and while staff admitted they knew about the issue, they failed to repair or replace it before our stay. Instead, we were told to use ice machines in the hallway. For a property charging full resort and parking fees, this is completely unacceptable. This was not a livable or safe environment — and definitely not worth the price. I’ve escalated the issue to Booking.com and urge other travelers to think twice before booking here. Coastal Luxe failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality.
