La casetta rossa - villetta

Everything as beyond hopes Casetta looks good on photos, it is better and bigger in reality. Open plan kitchen/ diner/ living space is a great size. Both bedrooms a good size and beds really comfy. Kitchen well equipped, supermarket 5 mins walk , Bar 39 for breakfast coffee and pastries ,or lunch sandwich, excellent value and quality 1 minute away- not worth buying in! Alessio the owner really responive and helpful. 400 metres to train station from there metro, trams and bus to anywhere you want 15 m8ns away at most. Wrap around courtyard much bigger than it looks Great for for breakfast or evening chill in the sun. After 10 + years of booking.com bookings thidls was the best value, best quality, and location I have experienced 12/ 10 from all 4 of us who stayed

Absolutely not appicable

This location was perfect for us. We did not want to drive in Rome. We drove from the Florence area, turn in the car at the airport, and then used the train for the next couple of days while we stay here. The train station was a five minute walk. The entire apartment is clean & the neighborhood was safe. The towels and sheets were very generous.

I do wish it would've had a washing machine, but no such luck. There is space in the kitchen, maybe eventually they'll add one. There was nothing to dislike about this place. We really liked everything about this place.
