It offers a large garden for a relaxing walk, a saltwater outdoor pool with a convenient entry staircase, comfortable seating, a sunbathing area, comfortable loungers, and a large patio with a wooden and brick pergola, perfect for enjoying good food outdoors. The property is complemented by tall trees, fruit plants, and olive trees.

Spacious and bright, spread over two levels, and equipped with every comfort, it comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The tastefully furnished rooms offer ergonomic wooden bed bases, memory foam mattresses, 52-inch LED TVs, safes, and bed linen. Each bathroom has a shower cabin, double sinks in one bathroom, a single sink in the other, a toilet, a bidet, a hairdryer, soft terry towels, and complimentary toiletries. Adjacent to the bright living area, the large kitchen area is equipped with gas stoves, an electric oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a toaster, a kettle, an espresso machine, and a wide range of pots and dishes. All rooms have air conditioning and free WiFi.
