Near from the station

El tamaño del departamento, con camas suficientes para todos, en total éramos 8 personas y pudimos acomodarnos bien. El mobiliario y decoración agradables. Nos dejaron café, thé y pan dulce suficiente para todos. La cocina adecuada para calentar comida o preparar algo sencillo. La ubicación aceptable a 10 minutos de Termini caminando y una estación de metro a 100 metros del departamento.

Solo tuvimos inconveniente con el baño, hay tres baños pero dos están en habitaciones dobles y solo uno para una habitación dividida en 2 con 5 camas individuales, en nuestro caso lo compartimos 4 adultos. El papel higiénico fue insuficiente, fuera de eso todo excelente!

Mancavano i porta asciugamani e appendiabiti. Alcune serrature delle camere non erano funzionanti, la proprietaria però è stata disponibile per provare a risolvere. La sala non era attrezzata per cenarci in 10 persone, mancavano le stoviglie e la mobilia (sedie e tavoli adeguati a 10 persone).

The large space, the rooms were spacious and the small courtyard was a nice 'outdoor' space.

The property is not easy to find. Some more information would have saved a lot of trouble. I had to go to the hotel opposite to find it as the Taxi driver did not know where it was.... Also when you use the en suite, the noise from the toilet was SO LOUD! The A/C in the lounge was not working and it was difficult to understand why. It eventually transpired that the remote control DID NOT have batteries. I contacted the host to see if they could provide new batteries - but that was not possible.... so we had to move batteries from one remote to another just to keep the room cool. When we left we forgot a cap in the room. We contacted the host within 15 min to gain access and it was not provided. I followed up to see if they would send on (I would pay postage) - but they said it was not there. This is incorrect as it was left in the bathroom....
