The apartment had a private entrance, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen with dishwasher, dining table, and outdoor space with a clothes drying rack (I don’t know if they provided clothespins because we had brought our own), another outdoor space with a table and chairs, AC in the hallway, and a sitting area that had a couch that could pull out for an additional sleeping space. The primary bedroom had a king-sized bed (two twins pushed together), the other bedroom had a full-sized bed. The art throughout the apartment was a nice touch. Plenty of windows, the view was just out to the quiet courtyard. It was mostly very quiet in the apartment after trash collection was picked up. There was PLENTY of room for the 3 of us (two adults and a 12 year old) I think up to 6 people could stay here comfortably with 2 people per bed. The only TV is in the primary bedroom-it’s a smart TV so you can log into Netflix etc. The apartment is adjacent to Campo Santa Margherita, which is a large and lively square with multiple restaurants, a grocery store across from the gelato place, a small bookstore, an artist shop where we bought a screen print of the Campo Santa Margherita from the artist, who had plenty of other Venice scenes to choose from. It was a 15 minute walk from the train station when we arrived from south of Naples, and a 9 minute walk to the bus station that we needed to access to get to the airport. Yes, plan on being able to carry your luggage up and down canal bridges/stairs, though there are people you can hire to caddy your luggage with a fee, or use a water taxi or the vaporetto. This was a great place for our family to stay. Yes it’s on the pricier side, but I feel the amenities and space were worth it once we got in there.
The staff was late to meet us when we arrived, but they owned that mistake and apologized. They showed us several helpful Venice websites that are free to use and very helpful in navigating Venice. The lighting in the kitchen and sitting room was harsh for the space for me, as I’m sensitive to harsh lighting. Could be fixed with a dimmer switch or a switch that allows for different settings for the overhead lights in those spaces. The bedrooms had the bright lights as well, but also had lamps that worked just fine instead. If you care about TV, the only one is in the primary bedroom. The sitting room with the pullout couch could use a lamp and maybe a table. None of those things were deal breakers for us, just minor things that were noticed that could be improved for small cost. However, we were quite annoyed that both chairs in the primary bedroom were not functional due to the legs on both the chairs being loose. Good thing we noticed that when we were moving them before sitting on them, they would not have held our weight. Those should be fixed or taken out for safety. I do not know if the chair in the smaller bedroom was in the same condition, but should be checked. If fitted sheets are available (which I noticed are not common in other places we’ve stayed throughout Italy), that could help with keeping the mattresses together on the bigger bed because they separate pretty far and I actually completely fit in the space created between the mattresses. And-the AC works well in the common spaces, but to cool down the bedrooms you have to turn them on high and keep the bedroom doors open to feel the effects at night-we happened to stay here in a heatwave in July.

Good location, clean roomy apartment with everything that was needed. Felt safe. Quiet. Easy to get in touch with proprietors. Near the metro. Lift worked.
Lift only held 2 people but it wasn’t a problem. Bed a little hard.

Apartment was nice, there was a big terrace with table and chairs, and enough kitchen supplies and towels. In 30min walk from Colosseo and Villa Borhgeze. Next to the hotel it was supermarket Pam, and a few pizzeria and trattoria. There’s lift in the building and it was enough big for our stroller ValcoBaby. We were happy with it because apartment is on the 6floor and stairs would be a big challenge to cope with few times a day 😅
Main bed and doors were creaking very loudly! It was our pain and we were afraid to wake up kids during the night. Floor was extremely cold in May and we didn’t manage to turn on conditioner to heat the room a bit.

The location of the apartment was good, check-in was smooth and the balcony was spacious. Also it was surprisingly quiet. Lots of equipment although we barely used any of them.
The accommodation wasn't too clean, including kitchen utensils, plates and glasses, bed was creaky. Curtains didn't work properly everywhere in the apartment, it was a struggle to move them. The elevator in the building is pretty old and it needs to be closed manually when leaving, otherwise other residents can't use it. It was fine by us until someone else left it open and we couldn't us it. (Apartment was on the 6th floor)
