Butas tvarkingas, erdvus. Yra mažas liftas. Lovos patogios. Du dušai ir wc. Pakankamai indų ir įrankių. Jei mėgstate vaikščioti, tai galima nueiti iki Vatikano ir kitų lankytinų objektų. Šalia yra parduotuvė. Tiesa, miesto mokestį reikia palikti ant stalo apartamentuose (mes šito nesupratome, tai po to prašėme banko sąskaitos ir padarėme pavedimą).
Patyrėme nepatogumų dėl jų neaiškių instrukcijų dėl įėjimo apačioje, negalėjom patekti į pastatą, nes jie pateikia kodą, kuris net neveikia. Patekti į pastatą galima tik su raktu, kuris paliktas dėžutėje prie apartamentų durų. Telefonu neatsiliepia, sugaišom daug laiko susirašinėjimams.
