Fantastic location and well appointed apartment

It did take a while to warm up in the apartment in January. The living room needs one more heater in the far corner

The apartment is spacious and clean. It is newly renovated with good fixture. Its bathroom and kitchen are well-equipped. Most of the appliance and sanitary ware are in well-known brand. Its location is excellent. Private parking is available that make us feel safe.

There were two problems. First is a vehicle access problem. All possible routes are blocked by pedestrian zone except using pedestrian access card. However, we were not given the access card despite that we contacted the host via Booking.com platform for a few times. We could only went through no entry sign or wrong way up an-one-way street to park the car which was dangerous and illegal. Second is serious power cut in the apartment. We stayed there for 6 nights but we encountered 1 time power cut on Day 3 night, 1 time power cut on Day 4 morning and 4 times power cut on Day 5 (1 time in the morning & 3 times at night). We reported this to the host for their investigation.
