Personnel très agréable, gentil, accueillant et très réactifs! La chambre était vraiment très belle, propre et spacieuse. La salle de bains était un peu petite mais cela ne nous a pas posé de problème. L’emplacement de l’hôtel super, dans un quartier très calme. Cependant, si vous y allez seulement pour la croisière de la Halong bay je vous recommande de booker un hôtel près du port car cet hôtel est un peu loin du port (15min en voiture). Mais il est facile tout de même de s’y rendre en taxi. Pensez y a bien regarder sur la carte l’emplacement de l’hôtel que vous souhaitez booker en fonction des activités que vous souhaitez faire et en fonction du nombre de jours que vous voulez passer sur place.
