Doskonała lokalizacja do eksploracji Lazurowego Wybrzeża i samej Nicei. Przystanek autobusowy w odległości 200 m z dojazdem do plaży czy dworca kolejowego dosłownie 7-10 minut. Przy tej samej ulicy w odległości 100-200 m piekarnia, sklep spożywczy.
Bezproblemowo właściciel przedłużył bezpłatnie nasz pobyt ostatniego dnia, umożliwiając odświeżenie się przed wieczornym wylotem.
Klimatyzacja mogła być troszkę wydajniejsza w sypialniach kiedy w dzień na zewnątrz panowały upały 35 stopni a w kocu temperatura nie spadała poniżej 26 stopni. W salonie idealnie.

Die Wohnung ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Nizza. Tolle Lage, Bus schräg gegenüber, Bahnhof in Laufnähe. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war wunderbar und mit drei Toiletten auch für größere Gruppen geeignet. Die offene Küche lädt zum Kochen und Verweilen ein. Wir waren sehr zufrieden - auch unser Kontakt zum Vermieter lief reibungslos ab.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor. It is comfortable, clean, and situated in a quiet area, with some shops nearby for basic shopping.
The only issue was the air conditioning. The AC only worked in the living room and did not work in the bedrooms, despite there being central air-conditioning vents. This was somewhat inconvenient, especially given the heatwave this year.
We expected the issue with the air conditioning to be understood and at least fans to be provided.
