Loft chic and cosy was beautifully finished, spotlessly clean and with all possible amenities - there was even some little pots of Nutella, and some tea and coffee. Overall, a little gem of a place. Perfect for a stay in Nice. It is about a 10 minute walk to the station, and about 25 minutes to Old Nice, but a tram stop is about five minutes away, right next to an amazing bakery, useful if you have to wait.
Maybe a blind/curtain for the right hand window?
