The apartment is beautiful and nicely designed, and it’s located close to the old city center.
The host failed to mention before check-in that the apartment is located on the third floor with steep stairs, and carrying a suitcase up there was really difficult. The host is completely unavailable. The coffee machine and the bedside lamp don’t work, and many previous guests have complained about these issues, but nothing has been done to fix them. This is not acceptable.
