Αρκετά μεγάλο διαμέρισμα σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, μόλις 2 λεπτά από το κεντρικό σταθμό μετρό Toledo και μια ανάσα από το Ισπανικό τετράγωνο. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε.
Σίγουρα το μπάνιο χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση. Το ντουζ ήταν εξαιρετικά άβολο καθώς δεν έκλεινε η πόρτα με αποτέλεσμα να γεμίζει νερά αλλά και οι διακόπτες ήταν παλιοί και δυσλειτουργικοι. Η πίεση στο νερό επίσης ήταν πολύ χαμηλή. Η κουζίνα ήταν αρκετά βρώμικη (δεν την χρησιμοποιήσαμε καθόλου) όπως και το ψυγείο. Σε όλο τον χώρο υπήρχε μόνο ένα aircondition το οποίο ήταν επαρκές μόνο για τον χώρο του σαλονιού και το υπνοδωμάτιο, αλλά αν δεν πάτε σε καλοκαιρινή περίοδο αυτό δεν είναι πρόβλημα.

Struttura comodissima in posizione strategica,pulita e con tutti i comfort. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Una mattina abbiamo riscontrato un problema all ascensore, è intervenuto rapidamente risolvendo il problema. Rientrati era tutto sistemato.

Boa localização e metrô bem perto. Próximo à rua de comércio e vários pequenos restaurantes por perto. Fica no 4º piso, mas tem elevador.
A limpeza deixou muito a desejar. Cozinha poderia ser melhor equipada. Tem um bom banheiro, mas com condições de banho precárias. Apartamento à noite é um pouco escuro, mal iluminado.
