Ottima posizione, cordialità dei proprietari (ci hanno aspettato all'arrivo), la pulizia e lo spazio in quanto l'appartamento è grande con 2 camere. Super colazionesul bar adiacente degli stessi proprietari.

Quasi nulla da dire, solo piccole accortezze, tipo mancava lo zucchero per il caffè, il dispensar dello stampo era vuoto e peccato che sulla la super Tv da 50 pollici non si vedevano i canali perché era in atto la ristrutturazione esterna dell'edificio e stavano rifacendo anche l'impianto elettrico e dell'antenna.

La posizione centrale e tranquilla, appartamento ampio e bello, dotato di tutti i comfort, ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

I rintocchi delle campane anche di notte, ma questo non dipende dalla struttura e per fortuna ci sono stati dati i tappi per le orecchie ☺️

The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the local area, with shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. The property also offered excellent value for money compared to other accommodation options in the area. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a convenient location at a reasonable price

The main issue was communication with the host. Before our stay, we struggled to get a response and eventually had to contact Booking.com Customer Service for assistance. During our stay, it was also difficult to reach the host regarding questions about the property and some missing essentials, such as toilet paper and soap. Breakfast was provided at a separate location, but we were unable to find it because we could not get the necessary information from the host despite contacting them through Booking.com messages, phone calls, and SMS. As a result, we missed breakfast. There was also some confusion regarding a bottle of wine that was advertised as included with the booking, although this was eventually resolved. Overall, the property was very nice, but more timely communication from the host would have significantly improved the experience.
