Appartamento in condominio datato ma ottimamente ristrutturato e arredato. 5 piano con ascensore. Parcheggio comodo sotto casa. Proprietaria gentile e premurosa.
L'appartamento non ha climatizzatore e, con il caldo esagerato di questa estate pazza, i soli ventilatori disponibili hanno faticato parecchio a darmi ristoro. Ma, in ogni modo, sono sopravvissuto. Sicuramente in altra stagione questo non sarebbe stato un problema.
