Villa in the Bormida Valley with large outdoor garden, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the natural beauty in the Alto Monferrato area. The house is accessed through a large terrace; the interior consists of a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs two spacious bedrooms, bathroom and closet. Outside a large parking lot which is accessed via a private road. The village of reference, Ponti, offers useful services and shops and is only a 5-minute walk away.
From here you can easily reach the cities of Acqui with its spas, Nizza Monferrato with its antiques market, Alba and the Langhe, appreciated for truffles and other places famous for wine and gastronomy. Less than an hour from the Ligurian Riviera.
The town of Ponti also has a small railway station from which you can reach the main cities of Piedmont and Liguria. Characteristic fairs and festivals are held both in Ponti and in the nearby towns that allow you to appreciate the atmosphere of these places.
