Next to main square, on walking street. Owner was very nice.

Great location except a little noisy Friday night - to bevfxpected - Franco very responsive and flexible host. Big and comfortabld rooms with ok equipped Kitchen. Coffee and croissant served as breakfast at nearby cafe. Good but not great.

Poor ventilation when hot outside and almost non existent Internet connection

The location and environment are fantastic. Upstairs in the heart of Acqui Terme. The owners are instantly responsive to messages and wonderfully agreeable to alterations in check ins and outs.

The Wi-Fi was very limited and almost impossible to sign in to. The tv remote was missing and the room would’ve been ideal if there was some kind of a fan to move the air. When we were there, it was in the midst of a tremendous hot streak.

The description of the property did not match reality, there was no hot tub, or any kind of tub, the shower simply didn't work (i.e. no water came out when you switched it on.and the cubicle was not properly fixed down. There was no hot water in the bathroom and kitchen. Cooking implements were non existent save for a fish slice, only two knives and forks and spoons were provided. No kettle, toaster or microwave. No coffee making facilities save for a single tiny bialetti espresso maker. There were no wine or beer glasses provided. There was no coffee or tea and sugar provided. The whole apartment lacked atmosphere it was dire in fact. To access the property you climb three flights of stairs comprising 38 steps so no good for people with limited movement. There were no bedside cabinets or lights save for a small lamp on some shelves at one side of the bed. The instructions on how to find the property were virtually incomprehensible, and we were met by a very off hand manner presumably the owner. All in all this was the worst apartment my wife and I have ever experienced. The description says there is a landmark view, actually if you lean over the balcony and look to your left you see a very small part of the magnificent thermal water fountain. But from the view alone you would have no idea what you were looking at. The description also says there is a city view. This is nonsense. Directly opposite the balcony is a building about 3 metres away. If you look to the right you get an admittedly nice view of the street, but you could hardly call it a "city" view. My comment to other travellers therefore is don't visit this property unless you have masochistic tendencies. I shall be writing separately to Booking .com to point out the foregoing and advise they actually check the veracity of property owners' claims before allowing them on their platform

Great location in heart of town. Apartment with everything you need

The owner was very nice and helpful. We received instructions on how to check-in in advance, and he also explained to us where we can park a car. The flat was clean and comfy.

In town center. With breakfast. Free parking near. Owner Try to fix all problems ASAP.

Shower is enough old.
