My HomeStay 02 Aspire Residence Family Friendly Unit - Ground Floor

We had such a wonderful experience staying at this homestay! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The beds were cozy, the amenities were complete, and everything was thoughtfully prepared for guests. The environment was peaceful and family-friendly, which made our stay even more relaxing. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We genuinely enjoyed every moment here and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay!

Just for suggestion; Perhaps boleh consider utk letak microwave utk lebih kemudahan kepada guests.

The owner was kind and tolerant which made us easy to communicate with him. He is also a honest person; and he returned the security deposit at the time i messaged him. The beds were clean, the toilet bowl was clean, the flush and the shower was working well. The fans, and air conditioner was clean. The lights were Bright and working well. The washing machine was good. The did have iron box and table. The wifi was good, the do have Netflix account. The security guards were helpful and easy to communicate with them.

The fan remotes were actually not working in the master bedroom and living room. Tiny cockroaches were in kitchen, bathroom and on the carpet. The items in the fridge were never threwed away. I saw a half bottle Calpis. And half empty F&N creamer can. The hot water filter didn't work on the next day. Cooking oil on the cabinet. No ventilator in bathroom as the bathroom was wet the whole day.
