L'arredamento è molto bello, in stile e gradevole La spaziosità della sala la rende molto confortevole, con un'ottima vista sulla baia La biancheria è di buon livello La vista spettacolare Il bagno è ben organizzato con vasca e doccia e dotazioni doccia, ecc. Per una coppia è ben vivibile, una camera da letto, una cucina, una sala grande e un bagno piccolo ma ben attrezzato con tutto
La cucina ha attrezzature vecchie e datate, manca la lavastoviglie, non c'è un microonde, due elettrodomestici che ormai sono standard ovunque. Il frigorifero è super vecchio, minuscolo e non è dotato di congelatore/freezer. Il piano cottura elettrico è basico e datato, anch'esso molto migliorabile. Il lavandino è piccolo e con una sola vasca rende difficile il lavaggio delle stoviglie, e delle pentole, visto che manca la lavastoviglie. Non c'è una tovaglia per pranzare Il corridoio generale che conduce all'ingresso delle varie unità ha la luce sempre spenta e lo rende un poco preoccupante quado si esce dall'ascensore o dalla camera.
