lovely apartments with terrace

Квартира у нас была студия. Все необходимое было в наличии. И посуда и полотенца. Хозяйка квартиры всегда на связи и готова всем помочь. За не большую плату нам предоставили гараж. До пляжа и набережной 10 минут ходьбы. Пляж больше понравился направо от центра, не Круазет, а в другую сторону пройти. Там море чище и народу меньше. Отдельный кайф - терраса, большая. Мы там кушали и отдыхали. В наличии зонтики для пляжа.

Perfect! The apartment is lovely, well decorated, big, with all you need in the kitchen. Madame Colette, the owner is the most nice you can imagine. When I arreived her assistant wait for me at the door to give me the keys and show the apartment. There were water, milk and other nice gifts for me. If you need a place to spend some days in Cannes, very good!

I really enjoyed the design of the apartment , the cleanliness, the location. Even if the owner was far, she left all the details how to use the appliances and was very helpful.

It would be helpful if the person who was supposed to give the key spoke English or at least a good French. A French taxi drive in Cannes tried to explain to a person who was supposed to give the keys about our location and to find out how to get to the Villa address , she was not able to explain . We were late because of the delayed plane and we arrived in Cannes after 10 pm, there were no taxis around, the train station information was not helpful, no one could help with finding the place ...We wasted a lot of time and effort...

Very good location - beaches, central Cannes and train station accessible on foot. Every morning we went to the market and nearby boulangeries to buy fresh breakfast. Clean apartment with attention to details. Very thoughtful host (small gifts included;). Garage is a bonus if you drive there.

There are 2 beds: one in the kitchen and the second one in the bedroom. The kitchen has the AC but unfortunately if you sleep in the bedroom there is a noise from the AC unit outside which can be annoying (every minute or two you will hear a rumble for 10 seconds). It didn't bother our teenager daughter but we couldn't sleep there because of it. We slept in the kitchen (although the bed in the bedroom is better). This is not an issue if you don't need AC overnight.
