It was easy to find and just a short walk to the beach, with restaurants and a market close by. Kotor Old Town was only about a 10-minute drive away, which was very convenient. The price was also really good considering the location. The room was clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was Luka, the host. He was absolutely amazing — incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive, and he went out of his way to accommodate all our requests. He genuinely made us feel welcome and made our stay even more enjoyable.
It’s not really a dislike, but I wish I had requested an upper-floor room when booking as it had a much better view. The ground-floor room still had a little peek of the view, though.

The property is nice, newly renovated and comfortable. The AC is working well and the terrace is very nice with the view. It is close to the beach.
It was not perfectly cleaned. The room wasn’t vacuumed and the table was dirty when we got there.

There is a bakery and a grocery store nearby (about 1.5 km away).
The sea is very close (around 150 meters).
Walking to Kotor is a bit far, especially in the heat.
