It's a beautiful apartment run by a family. The son checked us in and was very friendly and informative. Everything was clean and it has a lot of space. From the location it was easy to reach most of the interesting spots in Tirana by foot.
The build (not the flat) is very old and not in the most beautiful of neighborhoods. (We didn't mind but it's good to know.) Only the living room has an AC, having to run it full power to get an effect in the bedroom.
