Lovely apartment good location clean but not easy to access due to steep stairs

I was advised to collect kept Them shocker it said access property down stairs which o though that’s bad I was not told about step access Thinking ok this will be a few steps Get to the stairs shockerrrr These turned out to be 25 steep outdoor steps with no assistance or elevator for luggage

The property is reached by 25 outdoor narrow steep stairs which was not mentioned on booking This is quite inconvenient when arriving with suitcases luggage not to mention of you arrive with a baby and pushchair and sledges and ski equipment Also when coming to a ski resort in ski season there was no ski room to dry off our ski equipment to have it ready for the next day We tried to improvise by using a radiator in the shared entranceway hallway but someone kept turning the temperature down or switching it of repeatedly on the hour we kept going to check and turn it back on but it kept getting turned down even tho they could see we had put wet gloves and hats on it to dry !!!!!! And paying £870 for 3 days I feel we should’ve entitled to use a radiator In the actual apartment only one radiator in the bathroom actually got hot but it was too narrow to dry things on The radiator on the bedroom didn’t get hot and the one in the hallway didn’t work at all

The check in was tricky for us, but quickly resolved by the great communication with the owner.

Adgang til lejligheden lidt svær og farligt pga. ødelagte trapper udvendigt der ikke var ryddet for is. Også svært at finde nøgle og den rigtige lejlighed.
