Beautiful, cozy 2-room apartment, 35m2 for 3-4 people, sunny balcony with a view of the Arosa mountains. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa bed for an additional 2 sleeping options. Comfortable dining area with a table, fitted kitchen with 4 hot plates, oven, coffee and espresso machine, kettle, fondue and raclette equipment. Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. TV, DVD, radio and WIFI. It takes about 8 minutes on foot to the village center and to the bus stops. Short stays welcome. Pets allowed upon consultation. Costs for pets are CHF 7.00 per day.

The Haus Seewaldweg is located just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Arosa and all its facilities, in a beautiful and sunny location with a direct view of the mountains and the resort.
