Расположение отличное. Центральное и тихое. Две остановки на автобусе от вокзала и несколько остановок от подъёмника. Большой магазин coop через дорогу. В нем есть все необходимое для комфортной жизни. И еда и бытовые мелочи. Апартаменты просторные, в ванной пол с подогревом. Отопление периодически отключалось( возможно, централизовано), но нам не было холодно. В шкафу был набор одеял разной толщины. Выбрали те, что нас устраивали. Кухня отличная. Есть все необходимое: кастрюли, сковородки, формы для выпекания,посуда,ложки, вилки,ножи. Вид из гостиной просто идеальный. Балкон небольшой, но он нам и не был нужен зимой. Кресло перед панорамным окном - и больше ничего не нужно . Погода была отличная. Солнце, снег, небольшой мороз.Отличный ресторан с панорамным видом на высоте 2800 метров. Доехать просто на подъемнике от вокзала. Цена билета для двоих на подъемник вверх и вниз 60 франков. Недалеко от апартаментов есть лыжная школа. Цена индивидуального занятия с тренером 100 франков за один час. Групповые занятия дешевле.Есть прокат лыж,сноубордов, ботинок, одежды. Есть камера хранения для лыж на сутки. Есть место для тренировок для новичков и более сложные трассы. 5 дней пролетели незаметно. Однозначно вернёмся и всем рекомендуем.

Одна бутылка с мылом в ванной. Предлагается мыть руки, тело и волосы одним и тем же. Бутылка фирменная,состав мыла не указан. У кого чувствительная кожа, привозите свой шампунь или покупайте в Coop. На 5 ночей на двоих человек было 2 рулона туалетной бумаги. Опять спас Сооp. Нет сушилки для вещей. Мелкие вещи сушили на батарее, а куртки, брюки после катания на лыжах было высушить проблематично. В гостиной роутер был возле дивана, прямо возле головы. Не знаем, как в Швейцарии, но в других странах есть нормы на безопасное расстояние: больше двух метров до человека. Были трудности с передачей ключей. Заранее созвонились, договорились. Ключей не было. Позвонили уже от апартаментов. Сотрудники быстро принесли. Достаточно трудно найти жилой комплекс. Он на второй линии от дороги. Прямой улицы нет. Надо пройти в арку возле банка и спуститься по ступенькам.

Die Heizung im Schlafzimmer konnte nicht angestellt werden, da es nicht sehr kalt war, war es ok für mich, die Schlafzimmer Tür offen zu lassen.

Perfekte Ferien in Arosa. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Einkauf und Ausflüge. Super Aussicht auf die Bergwelt. Sehr bequeme Liegestühle auf dem Balkon. Die Wohnungsausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.
