Neliels, bet mājīgs dzīvoklītis. Tīrs un patīkams. Ērta gulta, ir iespēja pagatavot ēdienu. Neliela, bet kopta tualetes un dušas telpa. Ļoti laba un skaidra saziņa ar saimnieci par tikšanu iekšā un jebkuru citu jautājumu. Tuvumā trolejbusa pietura, pārtikas veikals, klusa apkaime.
Šobrīd, kad ārā ir ilgstošs stiprs sals, telpas apakšējā daļa un grīda ir auksta. Ja šinī sala laikā kāds mitinās, iesaku ņemt līdzi siltas vilnas zeķes. Kondicionieris strādā, telpas augšējā daļa ir ļoti silta. Arī sega gultā laba, silta, tikai staigājot pa grīdu un sēžot dīvānā ir vēsi.
