Location was ok, the building is great
Check-in was in person, deposit wasn't applied as I looked reliable but if it had to be paid - who carries cash nowadays?

The location was very convenient to my requirements with many shops and restaurants nearby
The building as a whole is not beautiful and could use some updating, but the apartment is very nicely updated inside and convenient to many things nearby

free parking in the yard was really helpful, location of the apartment is about 20 minutes walk to Old Riga part of town.
just outside the apartment there are 2 supermarkets Rimi and Maxima
really nothing to write about. some paper towels can be added to the kitchen utensils. cooking pan was scratched a bit, but this is really small things, no need to worry much about it, as the pan is destroyed in every apartment i was staying

Very good owner of the apartment. The room is very beautiful and newly renovated. There is fridge, small kithcen, possible to prepare food. Car parking inside the apartment's yard, always there is free space to park the car.
No air conditioner in the room. Air conditioner would be very good in this room, cause during summer time is quite hot inside; would be easier to fall asleep evening time.
