Convenient and fuss free.
Room was cozy and quiet, bed was comfortable. Location is ideal for visiting newcastle city center and is very close to Northumbria university campus. Owner was very helpful.

Great value for money
Location was great to visit my son at northumbria uni. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Clean towels provided. A bottle of water each and my other son loved the sweets. Clear instructions how to access the property given. Toilets and bathroom locked and clean. Overall would stay again
The fridge needed emptying, it had old stale milk in it but no need to use this. The shower plug was a bit grotty but again, no intention to use it. Would have preferred it if the room locked from the inside. No issue but would have felt safer if it did.

Safe and comfortable stay
Location excellent close to city centre, owner of guest house very friendly room was ready about 1pm so checked in early. Towel supplied shower had plenty of shampoos etc. Bed comfy. Great value for money. Would stay again.
