Basic but good and clean and good location

Room was clean comfortable and good for what I wanted. Location just outside The City was great. ( walking distance and with local bus outside)

Got message for key code on the way, but could not get this outside the door of the house. Lady on telephone was helpful once I got telephone number.

Disappointing with no heating in December and no help from the host.

Close to town center.

There was no heating in the room and as it was pouring rain in December became cold and very damp over the two nights I was there. The was frustrating as it mentioned heating in the description several times and when I contacted the owner they just said they would look into it after I left, no offer to put a portable heater in or anything. There was also only a lock on the door from the outside so I had to push a chest of drawers in front of the door at night. However the door was open with the room code showing on the lock when I arrived (maybe to make sure heat from the rest of the house came into the room) so anyone already staying there could have noticed the code and locked me in. Unfortunately the host was not interested in helping and the room and kitchen were grubby hence my low scores.

It felt like I wasn’t in my own space but really i was in somebody’s home with walls that are paper thin.

Confusion on arrival, no door number, i just felt like I couldn’t bring my partner there due to privacy and ended up booking the Leonardo hotel Aswell. I now see why you can’t cancel the booking.

Nothing about this place impressed me.

The area where this place is is an absolute dump. The kitchen was filthy. Both bathrooms were so small u couldn't move in them. I was double booked in one property and had to move round the corner to another property. Won't stay there again.
