The location and view is absolutely top, but only from the top floor. Below you don't see much of the lake because of the trees in front.

The furnishing and interior atmosphere is absolutely bottom end: shabby, poor, cheap, incomplete.

Geweldig proper appartement in prachtige omgeving. Subliem uitzicht vanuit het appartement…. Vlotte en duidelijke communicatie bij sleuteloverdracht… gratis parkeren…

De keukenuitrusting mocht wat uitgebreider zijn…

Location was ideal, very close to the historic center. The properly also has direct and private access to the Lake which was very much appreciated.

The furnishings all need a serious up grade. The dining chairs are very old and look like they’re about to collapse. The bathrooms are quite old as well and should be refreshed. Despite the 38 degree weather, only two small fans were provided ( one for each room, they were not even big enough to reach the height of the bed so they had to be propped up on a table) There were no fans provided for the living/ dining room which made it very unpleasant during the heatwave. The chairs in the “beach” access were dirty and had to be cleaned before we used them.
