The apartment is very clean which is always appreciated. Secure and safe are with a lovely view of the golf course situated right behind the complex.
Coffee really is a big thing when it comes to booking into places especially if you pay quite a hefty fee, but to receive ricoffy is extremely disappointing. We booked for 6 people and the exact amount of coffee, sugar and teas were given. Nothing extra, but we stayed for two nights. The tea is bags out of a box which is very unhygienic, individually wrapped teas are always better and lastly the milk was also exactly 6 and it is about 30ml of milk. Making coffee or tea with these milk, you’d need about two or three but only one is allocated to each guest. A small body wash for 6 people is also a disappointing. We also would’ve like a later checkout of minimum one hour, however was informed by the host that we had to pay a full nights fee of R2000+ as she only has the cleaning ladies till 1 on a Sunday. I understand business is business, but some empathy and kindness and care for paying guests goes a long way! The washing machine also didn’t work during our stay. Additionally, a lovely soft rug in each room would be a great add on for comfort as well as a heater for the place. I’m a
