Billings Big Green Charming Retreat - Hot Tub - Games

The locations was great, in a quaint little neighborhood. Right down the street from Terry Park, our kids loved the splash pad. The house was super cute and clean with a total of 4 nice sized bedrooms. The wall colors and art were nice and soothing. Decent space overall; including a great basement with couches, a playroom, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The bedding and beds were very comfortable. I truly appreciated the laundry room downstairs. Kitchen had all we needed to cook a couple meals. It has a hot tub!

The house is a little old but expected in this beautiful neighborhood. I would have given it a 10 if the following had been addressed. No central air, the window units in the rooms were not keeping the rooms cool and one unit was very noisy, scared our little boy. Some broken blinds, a stair to the basement was unfinish and found a couple spiders on the way down. We would have enjoyed the hot tub but it was open and there were a few bugs in it when we arrived. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the fan light in one of the rooms. The tub is on the side yard, near the next neighbor so no privacy. Had to go scavenger hunting for bath towels, only one in each bathroom.

I liked that the house had separate areas for the adults abd kids to relax and do their thing. Their was a nice game area set up for the kids with a good variety of things to do.

There really wasn't anything I didnt like.

This property is in a great neighborhood/location. I am very familiar with billings and it is a gem.

Perfect size for our family-softball tournament stay & in a great area next to park.

Quick fix (just for comfort) a couple of kitchen cupboard doors don't stay shut.
