Good, clean property that worked great for our family. Our kids loved the view and seeing the deer around the neighborhood.

Beautiful home up in the Rims with beautiful views from the back yard! The host was attentive and responsive! The best thing was Mule deer that hung out around the house - I won’t say where because I don’t want to ruin the surprise. ;-). But keep your eyes peeled! We took cool hikes to the four dances area and the swords park trail which has cool history. You can even hike in the back yard!

Place was pretty clean, but there are things that were just not up to standards in my book. Place is plenty big, but there were no curtains on the windows in master bedroom, or bathroom. The beds down stairs said that they were queens and I don't believe that they were. The house was cold and the thermostat was not user friendly! and the owner can control it by his phone. We figured it out, but just didn't seem like it would stay that temp in the house. There were bugs in the downstairs over by the huge Palm tree and what ever the other plant was growing. There were not enough towels left out for all of us and when I contact the owner he said to help ourselves to the washer and dryer! We found some more in random places not all in the closet where they should be. The mat in the bathroom did not look like it had been washed so I washed it which it had bleach stains on it before I washed it! and it came out looking brand new except the bleach stains. I would say that this was not our favorite place that we have stayed in a VRBO. We have stayed in a lot of them.
