The unit provided everything we needed. The kids very much enjoyed their stay plenty of room our dog enjoyed being outside having a fenced yard. I would highly recommend to friends.

It was a nice stay. The home has a kitchen and bathroom in both the upstairs and downstairs, so it would be good for a couple of small families if they wanted to split the cost, or a larger family. There are 4 queen beds total. 2 upstairs in each of the bedrooms. And a double queen bunk bed downstairs. They were comfortable enough. The house is about 1500 sqft total with the footage split between upstairs and down evenly. So it is fairly small overall. The location is decent. There is a park a block away. An Albertson's about 4 blocks away for food and supplies. Overall, not a bad place. Though maybe a little pricey for what it is.
