Luxury 2BR Apartment in Central London

The host was very friendly and responsive. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was excellent with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and grocery stores within a 10-minute walk. I had a great stay and would happily return.

Excellent location - close to transport and all major attractions.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It’s a good location for traveling within central London. The host was helpful with allowing us to check in early and check out late.

This would’ve been a great stay if it were not for the noise every single night from the apartment above us. When I say noise, I mean loud music played anywhere between 11pm and 7am. We contacted the host many times about this. They were responsive and concerned, and indicated the tenants above were also renters and that they would contact them to ask them to stop and abide by the posted quiet hours. When this did not work, the host then said the neighbors reservation would be cancelled. When the noise continued, the host did not cancel their reservation. On one night, my husband went up three separate times between 1am and 5am to implore them to stop playing the music. On another night after this, I also went up once to speak to them. It’s also worth noting a number of different people seemed to be staying in the apartment and they also seemed to host visitors, who rang the general doorbell system numerous times when trying to get into the building. When I followed up yet again with the host, she said the flat above had checked out. I can only imagine she had confused the apartments because after this, I went up and took a video of the noise coming from that apartment to show proof that people were still staying there. I knocked on their door again after this and spoke to them about the noise but clearly they didn’t care.
