Lakeside Riverfront Yamba 1-2 Small Pet Friendly

Lovely little place to stay on our road trip !

Everything was great

Cosy and comfortable

Comfortable bed and sofa, smart TV, very clean and nicely decorated. Easy check-in. We appreciated being able to have our dog with us, and there is a beautiful Lakeside nature walk directly opposite which we did twice and really enjoyed.

The bathroom was very tiny and a bit hard to manoeuvre in. Water pressure in the shower is not great.

It was not what we expected. We had a room with a queen bed, a bathroom inside a wardrobe with sliding door, the only facility for making a meal was an outside BBQ. The only place to sit was outside. there was another room with a bed only. I felt like half the accommodation was missing. Where was the kitchen and lounge, or a table to eat at. It was quiet and the surrounding area was nice if you want a walk around. The sunset over the lake was lovely. The parking was good and there is a padlock code to the gate. I only found out later that there is another place on the other side of the house, that must be where the accommodation with the lounge and kitchen was. The Google directions to it are not clear so we missed the tricky turn off the first time around.

When I was pulling the sheets back, I noticed how dusty the bed head and behind and under the bed was. I cleaned it as dust will give me a headache. Also, there is only one bedside light so only one of you gets to read.
