No 1 High Street Boutique Rooms

Staff were so accommodating, there had been a maintenance issue with our room and they went out of there way to get us set up in there sister hotel at lomond hills, even through in a free breakfast and access to the leisure facilities which was very thoughtful. We had arrived early for a friend's wedding ahead of the usual check in, hither stored our bags for us and then transferred them to our room for our late arrival back from the wedding at 1am. No issue, clean comfortable stay and despite being short on staff they went out of there way to do everything to may our stay as seamless as possible.

An i servation more than anything, at brreakfast where there was fire safety training session happening in the breakfast room at the same time as guests were eating breakfast, I wasn't overly bothered by it but heard others commenting on how strange it was. No hairdryer in the room, only one for the whole place, its expected that hotel rooms have hairdryer so that was disappointing but overall a great stay.

Great location for event attending

Slightly tired but was generally clean

The lodging was exactly as described. The room was spacious and very clean. The lady in the bar attached to the hotel was very helpful getting us into our room. The room was set up with tea, coffee, a hot water pot and some shortbread cookies. I especially loved the old charm of the place.

Easy access, good location very spacious room

Not enough milk sachets only two between three people and no tea spoons or even wooden stirrers. Bathroom had a damp mouldy smell to it.
