Large room and towels changed daily

Instructions for using key pad entry could have been clearer. After the system locked me out and I had to ring remote reception I saw that there was a tiny Mark in the centre of the screen that I should have touched first. Also, why have a modern washbasin with no plug?

Nice clean and comfy apartments.

The room was big.

Lots of things were wrong with this room that could have been easily rectified. From very old silicone in bathroom, rawl plugs in wall in bathroom where the towel rail and toilet roll holder had came off the walls, the bedside cabinets were rickety, and the tea and coffee, which were of good quality, were ruined by what I can only think, was the one cup kettle must need a good descale. Also when we arrived, there were two very drunk men standing at the entrance of the hotel smoking. This wasn’t the best first impression and that is coming from a smoker.
