A lovely place to sat, friendly clean and great value. The food was also great, good location and a quiet place. The only suggestion I would make is the hotel needs some sort of privacy on the windows for bedrooms on the ground floor. I assumed the windows were tined to avoid passers by seeing in - but then I got a wave from a person walking by! Not good!

Put up the zig zag style staircases to first floor as apparently they had baths but had to be moved again from *** to *** which had a bath, dripping toilet and damp cracked ceiling, was told they waiting on more money to complete the renovations, I’ve just moved into Fife to try and start a new life here as I’m Homeless with Disabilities and breakfast was included in my price but I couldn’t do stairs so once staff gave me vegetation breakfast which wasn’t nice and I didn’t want it again I thought the staff was friendly but been told by manager Stuart today I needed carer not hotel staff who phoned me a taxi yesterday and helped me get down the terrible stairs, on return to hotel staff invited me into dining room to have something eat it wasn’t homemade soup but it was ok just plain white slice of bread and it was a chicken vindaloo with white rice 🍚 papadom, mango chutney which I couldn’t eat vindaloo sauce was sweet taste first then hot hits you, I said I can’t eat it but I’ll still pay but chefs said I didn’t have to pay £18.99 for it
I don’t like giving bad reviews as individual staff I thought were really nice and helpful but manager told me otherwise
Before my disabilities where I’ve lost my strength I'm unbalanced & unsteady on my feet so lay in bed 24/7 my careers was a qualified chef, I’ve got my own Personal License to managed a public house pub bar and head hunted to be manager of Scotland North East & West England in Ceramic Tile Manufacturing so I was never treated so poorly and I won’t recommend this place
