The futons with heated blankets were exactly what we needed in winter. The place nicely accomodate 6 of us.

It is a bit far from the nearest station, Tsuruhashi and secluded. There was no bidet in the toilet.

Location was good, very near to the train station and I reckon that was the major station as limited express trains to Kyoto and Nara are stopping here as well so you don’t need to go to other station. Area was also very convenient, a nearby small cafe serves breakfast for very reasonable price. I would most probably not book the same property if f I go there again but definitely consider the area for booking.

This was our second trip to Osaka, last time what we booked was better then this property even though the last property was not in my mind to rebook but this property will definitely not the place to book again. It’s an old property, very small place, can’t cook anything there. You can hardly walk, toilet has no bidet ( I overlooked that while booking as we thought by default each and every property has toilet equipped with bidet in Japan). Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were really bad. Those 4 nights were very uncomfortable. Both my daughters hardly got any sleep on fotuns bed. Toilet was not pleasant to use to be honest. If you have family of 4-5 people with kids older than 6 years, then this place will become very uncomfortable and if you have younger kids then they can not sleep upstairs due to very narrow and steep stairs which can potentially be very dangerous so this place will become very very uncomfortable again. This is on budget so might be ok with people who doesn’t care about comfort and toilets etc.

Es un espai poc còmode, no té finestres i no es podia airejar l'olor d'humitat que feia, el lavabo no té extractor (i és l'únic que hem trobat en tot japó sense el sistema d'aigua per neteja personal), l'escala per pujar al pis de dalt és massa vertical, no s'hi pot cuinar, no té ni gots ni plats ni una sola escombra. Els armaris no els podiem usar, estaven tancats amb clau.
