Fortune House 新今里 近鉄今里徒歩5分 難波まで10分

It was clean and has all the facilities needed. It was just a 10mins walk from the train station. Loved the neighbourhood too.

L'immeuble et l'appartement sont récents avec tous les équipements inclus. Toilette high-tech, choix du mode douche ou baignoire, machine à laver, réfrigérateur, coin cuisine moderne et une petite table haute + 2 chaises très appréciable. Appartement avec de jolies éclairages. Un quartier calme et très bien placé pour vos déplacements, station de métro proche. Il y a des restaurants, des Konbini et pleins d'autres commerces à échelle humaine pour vous restaurer. On se sent bien et on reviendra dans ce logement avec plaisir !

Il manque un petit peu d'espace pour les gros bagages, sinon l'appartement est parfait pour 2 personnes.

New building so facilities are also new. Has everything we needed especially washer and separate toilet and shower. The area is residential so we got to feel the local vibe. Fairly near the train station, not too near yet not too far. We passed by so many konbinis and even Narutoya bakery which has excellent bread.

We were sent an sms by the unit owner (at past 11pm) telling us that neighbors are complaining of how noisy “we” are. We were surprised at the sms because we’re an old married couple in our late 40’s who sleeps early (9/10pm) and wakes up early to go out and explore. That day the owner messaged, we were tired from all the walking and slept at around 9pm (I woke up at around 2am to go to the toilet and saw the sms). So we’re assuming the message was sent to everyone staying in the units (owned by the same owner) in that building and they probably waited for the culprits to reply. We were just offended and disappointed with this approach because we felt that we were being accused of something we’re obviously not. It kind of ruined the otherwise good experience we had in this unit.

整體環境很乾淨，洗漱用品都有附，設備齊全，周遭蠻安靜的！如果有睡眠問題的人很適合～
