Very comfortable and clean

①近鉄今里駅まで徒歩5分圏内、民泊の周りにはセブンイレブン・ファミリーマート・ローソン その他 飲食店も多数あって便利でした。 ②生活用品が充実しているため、まるで自宅にいるような感覚で過ごせました。 ③備品の補充をお願いしましたが迅速にすぐ対応してくれました✨

①自炊するのにキッチン用品は充実していますが炊飯器がないので そこは不便でした。 ②ベッドに小さな虫がいたので何かと思ったら『マダニ』でした💦 見つけた時に慌ててシーツを剥がして大掃除をしましたが、噛まれた主人の傷口が痛々しい💦 ③エアコンは付いているのですが、寝室からキッチンの間の扉が開けっ放しに出来ないので 調理をしていると ものすごく暑いです😱 ④12泊なのにバスタオル2枚、フェイスタオル2枚は少なすぎます💦 この時期だからすぐに乾きますが、毎日洗濯してからお出掛けになってしまうので せめてもうワンセットずつは欲しいです😣 ⑤主人は身長180cm弱ありますが、高身長の方には半身浴のお風呂です😂

I loved having a big apartment to myself, and it was convenient to have a washing machine and a balcony to hang my clothing. Also having a furo in the room is a lovely reset at the end of the day. But ultimately, I would choose somewhere else to stay next time as I believe that security and customer service need to be improved in this building. It seems to be new and was almost empty (I only saw other guests twice in more than three weeks) so if you are a female staying alone like I was, you might want to choose somewhere else.

My overall impression is that security and customer service are not a priority at this property. - My door code did not work so on the night I arrived, I was stuck outside in the cold with my bags, waiting for an answer to my messages. Not the best first impression! - They contract cleaning to an outside company so if you want your room cleaned you need to arrange it a day in advance and you can only get cleaning once per 7 days! I have a work schedule that makes it difficult to know when I'll be out of the room so I wasn't able to get a cleaning, despite staying for more than 3 weeks. - One morning the alarm on my door started blaring loudly at 8:30am. I'm glad my door was locked from the inside because whoever opened it would have been able to come in otherwise! I contacted the company and was told that I hadn't closed the door properly - but I was sleeping! So obviously it wasn't me who opened it and I didn't appreciate being blamed for that. - I saw two tourists just outside the door eating one morning when I was leaving. They came in right after me instead of putting in a code, so that also made me concerned about security. - You cannot store luggage before or after your stay and the charge is 2000 yen per hour (!!) for early check in / late check out so be prepared to use coin lockers or outside services instead. There were no reviews when I booked, so I hope this detailed review will help others understand what to expect and prepare themselves if they choose to stay here.
