The place is a hidden gem! Had an excellent stay (28 days) and couldn't be more satisfied. The place offers everything you need for a long stay. Despite not having a reception or so, the self-check-in process is quite easy and simple to do. They promptly answer all my questions no matter what time I send the message. They offer cleaning services (under request), toiletries, everything you need for cooking and ultra-fast internet. I really felt at home while staying there.

We had a small issue with the auto-locking door. During our stay, on a very sunny day, the sunlight was hitting the door directly, which somehow affected the system, and the door was not auto-locking until it cooled down. If you are staying at home, it's fine. Just turn the lock, and problem solved. But if you are going to leave the house, just send them a message, and they will instruct you on how to manually lock the door and keep your stuff safe. Not a big issue as there is a solution, and not their fault as well. So just be aware of it.

I loved having a big apartment to myself, and it was convenient to have a washing machine and a balcony to hang my clothing. Also having a furo in the room is a lovely reset at the end of the day. But ultimately, I would choose somewhere else to stay next time as I believe that security and customer service need to be improved in this building. It seems to be new and was almost empty (I only saw other guests twice in more than three weeks) so if you are a female staying alone like I was, you might want to choose somewhere else.

My overall impression is that security and customer service are not a priority at this property. - My door code did not work so on the night I arrived, I was stuck outside in the cold with my bags, waiting for an answer to my messages. Not the best first impression! - They contract cleaning to an outside company so if you want your room cleaned you need to arrange it a day in advance and you can only get cleaning once per 7 days! I have a work schedule that makes it difficult to know when I'll be out of the room so I wasn't able to get a cleaning, despite staying for more than 3 weeks. - One morning the alarm on my door started blaring loudly at 8:30am. I'm glad my door was locked from the inside because whoever opened it would have been able to come in otherwise! I contacted the company and was told that I hadn't closed the door properly - but I was sleeping! So obviously it wasn't me who opened it and I didn't appreciate being blamed for that. - I saw two tourists just outside the door eating one morning when I was leaving. They came in right after me instead of putting in a code, so that also made me concerned about security. - You cannot store luggage before or after your stay and the charge is 2000 yen per hour (!!) for early check in / late check out so be prepared to use coin lockers or outside services instead. There were no reviews when I booked, so I hope this detailed review will help others understand what to expect and prepare themselves if they choose to stay here.
