Great location, just a 10 minute walk from the metro station. 5 minute walk to many restaurants and mini-marts. Beds were on the floor, but were full comfortable mattresses. Heating and cooling units on both floors. Unit was clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. The unit was perfect for our trip. Host sent very clear directions with pictures and a code to get the key by email the day we arrived. Left the key in the same place when we left. We will stay here again if we have the opportunity.
No fault of the host, but the house only has 1 toilet and 1 shower / sink. A second bathroom would be a big plus. But in the current setup, a party of 7 can make do.

Unit is near to convenience stores, food stalls, train station, pharmacy, etc. (all within 1km radius).
Stairs do not have railings.
