Заселились в номер и обнаружили поток воды с потолка по стене на пол . Попросил поменять мне номер , ответили что это частный апартамент в их комплексе , и обращаться нужно к продавцу ( т.е. в Букинг ! ) На ресепшен предложили на одну ночь перейти в другой номер , а дальше как получится . Мы отказались и начали наше знакомство с Мадридом с выкручивания тряпок ( полотенец ) 😡 В последствие течь устранили но запах мокрой побелки преследовал нас все 3 дня .
