The apartment was nothing like the pictures shown in booking.com. We specifically selected the room based on its pictures because we wanted the living room that was shown and the space available for our suitcases. When we arrived the apartment was different. when I inquired, I was told they use the same pictures from the two bedroom apartment for all of the units whether one or two bedrooms. That felt deceptive. For that reason the apartment was uncomfortably small and cramped for us. The apartment is also in some strange middle ground between an apartment and an Airbnb. There are some basic amenities provided but then there’s a washing machine but no detergent. They are very specific size recycling containers that are made full with 2 plastic bottles, but no extra trash bags. There wasn’t so much as a bottle of water in the fridge. There was a single disposable cloth left for cleaning dishes, drying dishes, cleaning counters, and general use for the entire apartment. No paper towels or dish cloths. They were provided upon request, though. I understand not wanting to provide any supplies, but for a 7 day stay it’s a bit odd to go out and buy toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc for what would likely be a single use or very limited use.

De locatie en de service van de host waren geweldig! Bij alles werd ik geholpen en het voelde heel safe en fijn in dit appartment. De ligging is geweldig, je loopt zo de stad in en de buurt is gezellig en leuk. De schoonmaak is super goed en elke vraag wordt goed beantwoord. Ik zou dit iedereen aanbevelen!
