    Spent one night in Otaru where the pastries were absolutely heavenly, the hotel is situated at an ideal location near to all the main shops and attractions. Hotel is clean and bed is comfortable. Only gripe is that the space is alittle small, as of most hotels in Japan. All in all, a great stay!

    A bit far away from JR station but the location itself is excellent. Next to the otaru canal. Have public bath with open air bath and night view. The bed was comfortable. Very nice and relaxing stay.

    Very bad bad experience to stay in Granbell Otaru !!! I never experienced before staying in Japan. Staff is not friendly and welcome . I’m late checked out about 45 mins 11:45. He charged me additional ¥1500 each room.
