Welcome to this charming Airbnb property, situated in a great location in Taupo that provides easy access to both the lake front or a short drive into the town centre.
This inviting home features four well-appointed bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay for our guests.
The first bedroom boasts a comfy super king bed. Whilst the next two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds for your stay, and the forth a single bed for the kids.

Throughout the property, modern furnishings and decor create a stylish and homely atmosphere.
The kitchen, the central hub of the house, is modern and fully equipped with everything you need to make the perfect meal.
Open plan living areas includes a comfortable lounge, offering ideal spaces for relaxation, unwinding, and sharing memorable moments. Whether you`re enjoying a meal together or lounging in the living space, the layout is designed for utmost comfort.
When you book to stay at this lovely property you`ll have the entire place to yourselves.
As you hosts we`ve just an email or phone call away, however we`re also happy to leave you in pease to enjoy your stay.
Strictly no parties, events or loud groups. We cannot tolerate disturbances to neighbours. If we receive complaints about noise, or anti-social behavior, you may be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES - Unless confirmed in advance via the Guest Portal link, check-in is 3.00pm, and check-out is before 10:00am on your final day. Cleaning rosters are set a week in advance and the team start at 10:00am, thank you.
LINEN - Please strip the sheets and pillows placing them in the bathroom together with bath and kitchen towels and cloths. Please do not strip duvets as they are washed separately. (No need to wash any linen please as this is done professionally).
BBQ - If a BBQ is provided and used, please ensure you clean it prior to departure or a $50 fee will be incurred. We have provided everything required to clean it in the blue cube.

This house was ideal for a family group with a range of ages and a dog plenty of space to spread out. Really enjoyed having the sun porch set up as a games area with a variety of games. The lego and pick up sticks were especially popular. Well appointed living, kitchen, dining area which made meal prep while keeping an eye on children very easy. The rear of the section was well fenced and great for our dog. Only issue we had was a lack of a bathmat and handtowel in the ensuite. An information sheet about rubbish disposal and local amenities would have been useful. The management company were very helpful.
